These terms cover your use of 42 Todo! — the website, apps, and integrations. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you're using 42 Todo! on behalf of an organization, you're agreeing on that organization's behalf.
42 Todo! is one task system that shows up everywhere you work — the web, your phone, and AI assistants like ChatGPT and Claude. Everyday task management is free, with no ads. Paid plans add more: Personal adds lists, semantic search, triggers, and integrations; Pro adds custom fields and metadata, custom AI and MCP behavior, advanced automations, webhooks, and the developer API. We add, improve, and occasionally retire features over time.
You're responsible for your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials safe. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has gained access. You need to be old enough to form a binding contract where you live to use 42 Todo!.
Use 42 Todo! for lawful purposes. Don't break the law with it, don't try to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service, don't abuse the APIs or attempt to overwhelm our systems, and don't use it to store or distribute harmful or infringing content. We may suspend accounts that put the service or other people at risk.
The tasks, lists, and other content you create are yours. You grant us the limited permission we need to store and process that content solely to provide the service back to you across your devices and integrations. We don't sell it and we don't use it to advertise to you — see our Privacy Policy for how we handle data. You can export your content at any time, and closing or downgrading your account never deletes what you've saved.
Paid plans are billed through our payment processor, monthly or annually: Personal at $4.99/mo or $49.99/yr, and Pro at $9.99/mo or $99.99/yr. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel; you can cancel anytime and keep your plan through the end of the period you've paid for. If you downgrade, paid capabilities pause — your tasks and lists stay exactly where they are. Prices may change, and we'll give notice before a change affects you.
We work to keep 42 Todo! available and reliable, but the service is provided "as is" and "as available." We don't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may perform maintenance or change how features work.
You can stop using 42 Todo! and close your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are violated in a way that harms the service or other people. If we end your access without cause, you can export your data first.
To the extent the law allows, 42 Todo! isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Some places don't allow certain limitations, so parts of this may not apply to you.
We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we'll update the "last updated" date above and, where appropriate, let you know in the product. Continuing to use 42 Todo! after a change means you accept the updated terms.
